All you can do is report them. So long as there is the potential for real cash, there will be people who will do it, regardless of the potential consequences.
And it takes them time to investigate the matter.
This was done to sell boosts. Pure and simple. The 120 boost will probably be out shortly after 8.2 and for an extra 29.99 you can buy pathfinder part 2.

I searched with every combo of keywords I could think of. nothing but a shoulder enchant exploit and a leg enchant exploit but not about twinking in general being an exploit
