Party Frame / Raid Frame Addon with Plater

I am trying to figure out good addons to use as a Protection Paladin for nameplates and for party/raid frames. (I’m actually not absolutely certain I even understand the distinction between the two.) I downloaded Plater, and I enjoy the way it works “out of the box” – that is, with very little customization by me. But, it does not seem to adjust anything for party frames.

Is there another addon that you would recommend for party / raid frames? Or, would I be better off using a single addon for both?

I will say that I don’t have much interest in a UI overhaul, so I’m not inclined to use Elvui.

I’ve always loved Z-Perl. It is VERY informative and very customizable to show as much, or little, as you like.

Is that party/raid frames only? Or, does that do nameplates, as well?
