Haven’t played since December and I randomly have parental controls enabled on my account.
I’m not sure how that happened, but I can’t even remove them. Whenever I go to put in the ticket, it says I have too many active tickets; however, all of my tickets are resolved.
Any tips on how to get this removed?
It appears that your Parental Controls contact is the same as your log in, so you should be able to update the controls yourself.
From what I can see, they were set up recently from where you are, so you may have accidentally set them up, or perhaps someone in your household could have?

Hmm, not sure but I’m guessing it might’ve been me playing around w/ settings.
Is there a way around this ticket message? I’ve opened all of them so I’m not sure what tickets are still active.
I’m not seeing any tickets open. You can try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache if that helps.
Parental Controls existing on an account shouldn’t have any impact on the account itself unless you opt to limit the account’s access. If you don’t do that, it should just be like you don’t have them.
I don’t see any restrictions set at the moment.

Tried it and still the same thing.
