My pandaren monk shows the “damage” and “DPS” stats red (under “Meele”). If I hover over it, the description expands and shows mainhand/offhand x94% in red. I have no debuffs and no armor equiped. I’ve tried to equip staves and one-handed maces but it doesn’t change.
Somehow other races show a higher, green, multiplier (also with no buffs-debuffs). What could be the reason?
You’re in Brewmaster spec

None of them, being in tank spec has a damage penalty by default
If only they could tune the brewmaster abilities so that they don’t need apply an aura reduction. I’ll clue y’all in. Retail doesn’t have the red text for brewmaster and fury.
Because it got tuned, which doesn’t happen until after MoP.
Ok but who actually cares? If you weren’t looking at your character sheet you literally wouldn’t even notice, and Brewmaster does all the damage it needs to

Playing as a Burr is so fun when your damage suddenly skyrockets and your Maul actually Mauls people.
Other tank specs don’t have this. It’s a balancing workaround, I understand thanks.
