Am I reading this right that Blizzard changed their position that you can boost Pandaren monks? this is from the Bnet store

I’m not sure this is the case.
AFAIK, their stance was that you could boost Pandaren, and you could boost monks, but you could not boost Pandaren Monks. The wording here doesn’t seem to indicate that there has been any change.
Perhaps someone has other information they could link to?
