The paladin isn’t doing the broken thing here. The trinket is. And that’s something all melee classes can probably benefit from more than the paladin.
The problem is abusing a macro to get an additional attack aswell.
/stopattack
/startattack
The trinket doesnt do this.
This is the only problem. And this exists because spell batching is a thing. This is also abusable by non-paladins that have better ways to abuse extra hits and procs.
So your screen shot shows you using this bug, what about you saying the pally beating all 4 people in your group because this bug. You put it down to a 2% proc on each person bugging an extra attack killing them instead of the likely reckoning proccing extra attacks because you mongo them.
What do you think im have been posting about?
Agreed. Exploiting bugs within the game.
It is, and this is a big issue. I dont abuse it because i believe its exploiting an ingame bug.
Id love some confirmation on wether it is or not. Maybe even fixing it.
Im not a shaman, these screenshots show players that have tested it. They are not a video of how to do it and killing players around the world.
Ya it’s going to proc, but it’s not the reason you and your mates got stomped 5v1
It might of procced once or twice that fight, but those 2 extra hits didn’t break the bank.
No? How else do you explain the amount of instant attacks?
Rek bomb = 5 hits. 5x2% chance to proc an attack. Exploit the macro for 7 hits instead of 6 hits. - i died.
Next target. takes 1 melee crit due to sit/stand exploit of batching = extra attack + stop/start macro = 2 instant attacks. 1 of those procs hoj - stop/start macro = 4 instant attacks (didnt have to build up 5 stacks of rek bomb yeah?) so on and so forth.
So you think a 2% proc happened to 4 targets in a row and the 1 extra hit generated on this extremely unlikely event was the 300-500 damage that broke the bank.
Do you even understand the math. 2% per attack - not per global - 2 instants is 4% - 5 attacks is 10%.
These trinkets have a 2% proc chance over a minute. Its basically 1-2 procs per enemy with auto attack - the more sttacks you feed into that minute makes the proc rate higher - itys not 2% per global.
And it scaled with every single extra attack you can through at it.
Do you understand math, 2% per hit for 5 attacks isn’t 10% chance.

When you frame this as a Paladin HoJ trinket Exploit, you are being disingenuous by making it into a class issue rather than a trinket and spell batching problem.
Do you understand math, 2% per hit for 5 attacks isn’t 10% chance.
10% chance of getting a proc within that timeframe because those 5 attacks are lined up against each other. its a 10% total chance to get a proc or not…
When you frame this as a Paladin HoJ trinket Exploit
Not my thread - im simply posting in this one aswell. Im simply explaining in the ‘paladin hoj exploit’ thread about experiances i have had with paladins…
Rain man please go take your math to a casino, you will win big I’m sure.
It’s clear there is no helping you.
You clearly are a leet pvp and your friends are awesome, it’s why you run around 5v1 people.
The only reason your pro group of players lost was because an aimbot leet haxor.
it’s why you run around 5v1 people
No we were five players looking for rich thorium veins when we got smashed by one solo paladin. I realised who it was when i seen the vid posted today in another thread and realised now how he was able to do so
The video in this thread, also not started by me.
It appears that there are TWO bugs at play here.
- The Hand of justice / extra swing proc bug where you can use a macro /startattack /stopattack to get even more extra swings beyond just the 1 that it is supposed to grant. These extra swings can then continue to proc on-hit affects and can even proc off themselves to grant an infinite loop of extra swings.
- A reckoning stacking bug where you can quickly sit then stand as you are being attacked in order to be critically striked AND get a reckoning stack - which, according to a blue post, sit/crit is NOT supposed to proc things like reckoning
Actually you still don’t.
But keep your head up champ, you believe that 2% per hit proc rate was the reason.

Watch the vid. you might learn something. Or maybe you already know and are defending this because its the only way a paladin could kill 5 players.
Ok dude.
Keep the mongo train up, didn’t work last time I’m sure it will work next time.
Maybe we can see mantisboi post the vid, I’m sure we will see plenty of white flashes under his feet every time he mops a member of your group up.
