Sor and soc goes both ways. They’re both damage. Make it everything wtf
sure there is, its more fun.
Honestly, that’s the best argument for it. I doubt that it will change blizzard’s stance on it, but it is still really the only thing I can’t really argue against because fun is subjective.
But what you find fun, others don’t, so it isn’t a perfect reason to make a change, especially given that the goal is to remake tbc for the most part.
Can’t really argue against fun. Except here’s a direct argument against fun HEYOOO I’m pickle smeeeeeet!!!
luckily adding bidirectional twisting doesnt take away one way twisting, and if, as you said, one way is superior dps, theres no reason not to have bi-directional
Why are paladins the only class getting fun changes that also increase their dps?
You’re basically arguing for them to keep a bug they already fixed in the beta because you enjoyed benefitting from the bug.
I’m not arguing against the fact that they find it fun. Only pointing out that fun is subjective.
Saying that you find something fun is useful feedback, as is saying the opposite.
Trying to tell the devs that they have to do bi-directional twisting because their patch note was vague, or some other “gotcha” thing is not.
I said one way is superior dps to a standard rotation. Bidirectional is another step upward in terms of DPS.
Pretty much this.
They said twice that all seals will have a delay and I want it. I’m still going to one shot priests even if they don’t give us what they said they’d give us TWICE. It’s easy, I want it. Everyone who’s going to level a paladin wants it. Let’s get it #SOMECHANGES
Yea, and while they are at it, bring back the ability for shaman to use a different rank of windfury on each of their weapons and allow windfury to proc windfury like they used to be before it was all patched. Its fun, and i want it!
id love that. i even have 2 flurry axes ready in my bags for when my shaman hits 42 in prepatch
It was fun before they patched it them.
do double flurry axes not work? i was told they do. its not too late to sell one lol
I’m not in beta. So sure what has made it through in TBCC. I know in the OG TBC different ranks of windfury on each weapon got patched as did WF procs off WF procs. It’s been a LONG time though, so my memory might be a bit fuzzy.
Since were asking for class balance changes now, can spriests get some love to? Our dots and channels should scale with crit. Not only would we get a needed boost in dps, but our gearing path wouldn’t be simply whatever item has more spell damage on it.
no, that doesn’t make sense.
plus you’re already the highest raid dps by contribution. You’re a support spec, if you don’t like that, then play something else.
…uhm, aren’t you the one planning to play a Shaman?
You know, the ones providing massive bonus DPS to casters and melee? Who made a thread asking for buffs?
And that’s ignoring Bloodlust which is incredible. You bring one Ret maybe but you bring at least 4-5 Shaman.
I am not asking for massive shaman buffs, just fix my worthless racial.
You bring 3 pally, 5 shaman.
Blizzard needs to explain their stance on this. It’s a big topic of concern. And some clarification would help on the subject. Inform your subscriber base please for or against.
3 is less than 5, and Ret is way less damage than Enh and Elemental. And Enh and Ele are needed to buff the melee and casters, whereas Ret largely isn’t needed at all.
Draenei racials are in no way worthless.
They are making it to work how it worked in TBC. That is their stance. What is being asked is changing it to something that wasn’t in TBC, which isn’t a big concern at all. It’s a want, not a need. It’s about as clear as you can get.
