Observed in an instance (Old Hillsbrad) that the beacon heal on the tank would not fire when I dropped a heal on the elemental shaman in our party. Worked fine when I healed myself or the hunter (we were 4-manning).

Ghostdeath is the tank, getting Beacon heals from myself and Hellbram, but not Skidds.

I found that if someone is flagged for pvp, then healing them will not heal your beacon. Maybe this was the case?

100% if they are flagged beacon does not trigger, very annoying.
