We have 2 accounts that left during the MoP expansion with 4-5 level 90s and maxed professions on Sentinel server. We played the free WoW version and decided to rejoin. We bought a 3 month subscription a few days ago. 1. Why are our level 90 characters still squelched at Level 35? 2. We started new characters that are in Zandalar and the professions dont show any leveling on our new characters. My new L24 Warlock is named “Khaleesy”. I can pay for the training but it dont show the leveling on the Tailoring. I also tried to do a few levels of tailoring in Ogimar - I dropped tailoring and picked it up in Ogimar and have the same problem. I went back to Zandalar and dropped the tailoring and picked it up again - same problem. This is in WoW in case Im in the wrong place
If you setup the subscription a few days ago, then my guess would be that the payment hasn’t gone through or there was an issue with it.
You might want to reach out via a ticket to see if there was an issue. You can do that here:

The account you’re posting with hasn’t purchased a subscription. It is currently active because you purchased the Shadowlands upgrade in December which came with 30 days of game time but no additional game time has been added since then.
You mentioned having 2 accounts, the other account does appear to have purchased game time.
I see nothing on either account that would restrict the characters from using chat (Squelch). Can you explain why you believe them to be squelched? Are you seeing some error message or notification?
Your warlock is currently at 11/175 in Zandalari Tailoring and 54/300 in the base Tailoring category… So you do seem to be earning increases when you craft. Keep in mind that professions are now separated by expansion. Crafting base level items will not increase your Zanadalari rank.
A lot has changed since Mists of Pandaria. If you’re looking to relearn some of the updated game systems, check out Wowhead.com - they have a wide range of game guides. For example, this is the Profession Guides section:

We also have a forum section for returning players where you can ask questions:
Thank you. Im checking on account subscriptions
If by “squelch” you mean that your lvl 90 characters are now 35, that happened with Shadowlands. The max level is now 60 so all characters were reduced proportionally.
yes thats what I was asking… why my level 90 is now a level 35. Thanks you. Can I still fight in MoP where I left off? even tho Im a level 35?
Yep! You will want to read the info on how each expansion caps, but the mobs now adjust with your char up to a max level per expansion. That lets you decide to level where you want an finish out story lines.
I’m not sure how the exact questing works now (all my characters were at max when the squish happened so it didn’t affect me) but if the mobs and quests seem to not be scaling properly you can go into Chromie Time.
You’d go speak to Chromie in Org or Stormwind and chose an expansion to level through. The chosen expansion goes from 1-50 so you can level up whenever and stay in that expansion. You can freely move around between different timelines if you want by speaking to her again.
Once you hit lvl 50 you get kicked out of Chromie Time and get moved over to Shadowlands assuming you’ve bought it.
Here is an article that explains the changes:
Since you haven’t hit max level (120 pre-squish, 50 post-squish), then you will have to go to BfA content before you can access Chromie Time. Once you hit 50 on one toon, subsequent characters can use Chromie Time to select a specific expansion to level from 10-50. The mobs will scale with your level, so you can experience most of that expansion’s storyline while leveling.
