Paid for Character transfers. Now how do you access them?

I went to blizzard.com on my internet browser and logged into my account and purchased 3 wow classic character transfers and they show “completed” in my account transaction history.

Great!. So I login to wow and select shop and the bottom and then character transfer, then select the character and the server to transfer to…

And then it takes me to a payment screen???

I JUST PURCHASED 3 character transfers.

So like… How do I use the ones I bought. I’m not exactly interested in purchasing more since I have never received the ones I already purchased.

Is there not a way to perform the transfer from browser? If not, then there must be a way to bypass this payment window?

Otherwise, what did I pay for?

The package of transfers you purchase from the website cannot be used on Classic games as noted on the website.

You can only purchase a classic transfer from within the Classic game (character selection screen or while logged into a character).
