Paid for boost, used it but it did not take boost gone

I just paid for a $40 boost, I used it on my level 12 hunter. The hunter not only did not boost but now the boost token is gone. Anyone else ever happen this happen? I put in a ticket for them to either boost my toon or refund my money which ever is easier for them. Just curious since ticket response is so long these days

Usually tickets that involve real money don’t take as long as general ones.

While you wait, it might be worth it to double check that you applied the boost to the correct character. There’s been a few times on here where users have accidentally posted the wrong character because they were similarly named or just misclicked.

Pretty sure any character service can take up to 24 hours to process (usually much faster in practice).

I did double check but I only had one toon in the account under level 70 that could be boosted.
