As the title says, last night I had 1 day left on my subscription, I paid for another month and it currently says I have 3 days left.
Please help.

“It” being the Battle.net launcher? That thing is famously wrong, especially updating after game time is added.
Check your Battle.net account “Games & Subscriptions” page for WoW. That will have the correct dates.

Perhaps you can encourage the launcher by completely quitting it and restarting, but often the only thing that helps is letting some time pass.

I’m going to make a couple presumptions here, Gemonay.
Currently, your license is good till the 16th.
I THINK the launcher was off. You do have an active sub, but those don’t usually bill till much closer to your time running out. The last I see on that was on 10/13 - so even if that, there is a day or two.
I’d just hang tight and wait for this subscription to bill.
