Landline providers in the area will share similar routing pathways, and that is likely the cause of the issue. This is especially true if you can log in with your hotspot.

Wave Broadband in Oregon, unable to connect since last night shortly after 11pm PDT, luckily we downed KJ before being disconnected.

The best next step is to contact the ISP, tell them you can’t reach the game, and give them an opportunity to speak with the company or companies they pay to route traffic. This will likely require a Level 2 or 3 technician, not basic customer support.

I hope Blizz can fix this on their end I called my ISP and they have zero idea what I am even talking about
Thats because your phone is another service provider. Wave is the problem here.
Same problem, Astound (Wave) WA state. Can’t reach the game servers.
I have a ticket and reference number with the ISP at this point and a technical support open with blizzard. Both have been sent the traceroute.

Just got off the phone with Astound (Wave Broadband) Tech support, nice lady there told me that there was an annotation in her system that they are investigating an issue in the Washington area. So it sounds like they are aware of it and are working on it.

But then why am I having same issue as them with my wifi? And my wifi isn’t wave.

If you mean me and I don’t know if you did but mine is Wave and I am located in Washington.
I am in Oregon and cannot connect to WoW either I’m on Illidan Server… (I can connect to diablo, wow classic, hearthstone and heroes of the storm, just not WoW-retail), I use wave, but also tried connecting using my verizon hotspot via USB and no go…I hope they fix this soon.
Also have issue. Also in WA with Wave / Astound. Tested with AT&T hotspot and worked
To everyone have problems logging in, I am on with Wave (Astound) right now. They are saying, call in, chat, whatever so they can get an outage going and get the engineers working on it.
I’ve been able to connect to some servers but not others as I get disconnected. I’m on Wave in Western WA.
I can log in to Skywall & Drak’Thul with no issues but can’t get onto Thrall, Zul’jin nor even Greymane.
Also having the same issue, western washington using wave broadband. Will call.
