I have been having the same problem since 10pm last night form Oregon, using Wave (now called Astound), can not get in to retail, however I can log right in to TBC Classic, doesn’t sound like a Wave issue, looks more like a Blizzard issue to me. I was able to log in to retail for about 30 min last night before this started and booted me.

Not a Wave/Astound issue, i just tried connecting using Verizon hotspot and same error.
Have onlineNW in oregon, cannot log

Same issue, california wave. Tried off tmobile hotspot and it worked. Retail
I started having issues last night. Tried to port places and got “transfer aborted : instance not found” Unable to log in today, out in Oregon with Wave.
Same WOW51900328 error here. Wave internet, WA state.

Same here. Wave Broadband in WA state. I can get into retail just fine but am error 328 when trying to connect to tbc classic servers 
Still an issue, called Wave to have them reset, and still…

Ya tbh I don’t think it’s wave tbh. I feel like if it worked a day before, it should work a day after. Not sure what changed. But I have tried to reset it too, no luck for me either.
Still having same issues and I don’t even use Wave. Been like this since 11pm last night.

Same issue, Wave Western Washington. Hotspotted from phone, can log in that way.

checking in here for the same issue WA state as well.
Western WA Wave. Got the boot last night around 12:10a from TBC and can’t log into that but can to retail and TBC PTR. Got a call into Wave. The can log into the “other WoW” may be an issue unique to having been booted. ?? Update us if anyone gets a helpful response from Wave please.
I wasn’t on last night to get booted, so can rule that unique out.
Same in Washington… Got kicked out of the game during Gruul… Couldn’t login thereafter. Very frustrating.
update: I am a Wave user. I switched to my personal hotspot and can login now.
Could there be an issue in network request authentication?
I also am in Western WA and cannot connect to the game servers.
Edit: I don’t have Wave though.
I have Hood Canal Communications and I tried logging into my Verizon hotspot on my phone and I still cannot log in.
Wave user in California here, I cannot log into the game. This has happened once before, I want to say almost a year ago Wave users were not able to log in.
Has anyone gotten anywhere on finally being able to connect to the game server?

I updated my post, but I forgot to unhook my cable cord. I can log in with my cellphone hot spot but that doesn’t solve the problem unfortunately. It seems like I have a different provider than all of you and it’s also happening to me.
