This Datamined Rune has to be an out of season April Fools joke.
Theres no way that this Datamined Paladin Rune could even be considered to make it to the game, in Phase 2:
Path of Arthas Your connection to the Light has been damaged. All Holy healing you deal decreased by 50%, but all non-Holy damage you deal increased by 5%. All Holy healing you deal decreased by 50%, but all non-Holy damage you deal increased by 5%.
Especially considering Warriors are potentially getting Gladiator Stance (famous for how broken that spell was), Warlocks with the best PvP toolkit in the game receiving counter spell, Druids receiving a complete revamp of their toolkits. While paladin would receive a worse version of one of their already existing talents Sancitity Aura which doesnt reduce healing, which they would be forced to use.
And believe me it wont just be ret paladins who are forced to use this inferior version of Sanctity Aura, but holy paladins will be forced to use this new aura as well in order to boost melee parses, holy paladin heals wont be required so long as they provide buffs and auras, especially given priests have been given the best healing toolkit classic has ever seen through runes in P1.
This would be the single worst decision the dev team could make, a Rune Slot consuming Aura which is a worse version of an already existing talent which the dps spec would be forced to use, meaning their new runes divine storm doesnt benefit like it would with sanctity aura in fact this aura would literally nerf the specs ability to offheal or heal through that rune when ret is already the second lowest performing melee dps class in the game, the healing spec would be forced to use rendering them as a buff class meme when this spec is already the worst performing healer in the game, and the tank spec would be forced to use reducing their threat output due to holy damage being their primary threat gen, making their aoe tank spec the only nieche they performed well in less effective then what it previously was.
I sincerely hope and pray that this is just some horrible mistake and this meme of a rune never sees the light of day, it would literally ruin holy paladin, make an existing talent unusable due to purported metas and make prot pallys and dps pallys less viable.

Nope. Lone Wolf numbers were changed when it went live, data mined info is useless and is never “confirmed” anything.
Righteous fury is an aura as well…and it only effects the paladin.
The lowest of the top dps? That must be terrible. Especially considering all of the insanely powerful defensive abilities paladins still get to keep as a dps…
There isn’t much hard about tanking current content, so ranking tanks is a bit pointless at the moment. As I have an alliance alt and raid with it, I can say that paladins tanks are pretty OP in the current raid. The few times I have raided with one they are the only tank…because their defensive abilities break every boss with tanking mechanics.
No, Priests are just insanely OP. Every other healing class is ranked last compared to them. That said nothing in this game currently is that hard to heal, and all are capable.
Ah, proven wrong so you try to silence everyone. Stop looking at warcraft taverns, all it shows is the tooltip. Go to wowhead to see the actual datamined ability. If you don’t know how auras work you can look up righteous fury and sanctity aura to compare it to them. Hint, Path of Arthas doesn’t work like sanctity aura.

Search path of arthas on wowhead, that is the rune in question. If you click on the news tab of that entry you will see a link to other datamined runes. Keep in mind that these are possibly incomplete, or fakes put in by the devs to mislead players.
Anything passive is considered an aura by the game. Doesn’t mean they extend to other people. For example, Deadly Brew is an aura. And that obviously does not affect other people.
The only reason Enhance sucks in dps right now is it has the same problem casters have and that is 90% of your damage Abilities rigit now are spells that miss, Resist, and Needing higher ranks in that spell.
And this stuff of your class is better than my class is the same stuff going on right now of who can out Victim who
