Omg. We totally knew statements like these were coming.
It actually is vanilla! “You mean BGs happened on a PvP server? Go play pubg”
It was the easy botton, oit cry babies but most of you were too busy gloating to even see the underlying mechanical issues, so Bliz takes easy way out.
It gives alliance players an PvP option. They can now sit and wait for PvP. So while it will be bad for the FP camping horde in terms of the amount of 60s they’ll be able to 10v1, it will help the alliance players who just want to PvP on somewhat equal footing
But yes, this will still be hell for ppl in the world questing. On that you are correct
BGs mean faster honor. Faster honor means getting to higher ranks easier. Getting higher ranks easier means easier access to better gear.
People will be decked out in PvP epics by the time BWL comes out, and BWL will be mostly irrelevant. BWL being irrelevant means less time before AQ comes out.
I hope I’m wrong about this, but I wouldn’t be surprised if We have AQ out before summer of 2020 at this rate.
It’s not how fast Blizzard is going, it’s how fast the players are.
I’m a slow leveler, not even halfway to 60 yet, but there are TONS of players with MC and Ony on farm. Slowing down release will drive them away.
Speeding up doesn’t effect me whatsoever. Releasing the final phase doesn’t end Classic, completing the final phase does I guess so if BWL was realesed tomorrow it will still be there when I’m ready for it next year.
So after all the horde telling all the Alliance to get good and deal with the Death runs or quit, your going to throw in the towel over BG’s being released?
Getting honor faster has zero effect on how fast people rank up, whether you farm 60k honor or 200k honor it doesn’t matter, your bracket placement resets every week.
If you can farm honor faster in bgs so can everyone else, only thing that matters is having more honor that week than everyone else
Yaaa, probably not. There are some big events in the game like AQ opening, elemental invasion, and Naxx opening. Those events were HUGE in Classic and key points of why it was so unique.
But I don’t really have any problems with the content of Classic, just the pace that it is being released. Seems pointless and rushed.
I didn’t like DM being release a little early or even that P2 was released early. After ONE WEEK of P2 they announce BG will come in two weeks? I see a trend here.
I would like a slower pace… I mean I only have half the gear for a single 29 twink rogue. I just don’t feel like rushing to get ready for BGs.
It isn’t a big deal. I’ve started and stopped many games. I’ll go start a different one.
I Just left a thread where players were whining about WPvP, I think releasing the honor system without any BG’s was daft and this is a move to help cool some of it off, it wouldn’t have surprised me if they announced WSG and AV this week to divert some of that
