At what point can we claim a refund?? 4h queue to get on a server. I can basicaly not play all evening. This is a joke. 2500+ ppl in queue. Who looks over those things??
Bear in mind, you can always file for a refund to see if you’re eligible. Choosing to stay on a realm is usually not solid grounds, but you can try.

You can always put in a ticket to ask for a refund. But understand that refunds are not usually granted for not being able to access a single server.
Your game time only provides access to the game. It does not guarantee access to any specific server.
There is, however, the option to purchase a character transfer if you’d like to move to a less populated server.

You may ask for a refund at any time you wish, Wilddoe, but most refunds are extremely time sensitive.
As noted, any concerns about log in queues for Classic Realms are better directed to the Classic General Discussion forum.
