Idc if ur left or right or green or red or purple whatever. The media should be unfiltered and just give us the facts and news and whats happening at this time. People are callling the protesters rioters and its not even close. The police attacked first with gas and bullets I saw the video, also saw police trashing their own cars to make it look bad. All they did was chant and i just saw smoke and bullet noises. There has always been looters and rioters in any protest or revolution. However this is America and you have the right to bear arms and protect your property. Don’t come to asian town. 
I don’t condone and looting and riots but this protest was gonna happen sooner than later.

The media has never been unbiased.
The modern problem isn’t that journalists and anchors express personal opinions. They’re easy to spot. And you can either agree or disagree based on your personal beliefs.
The problem is that we have collectively (not just media outlets) devolved into pointless arguments about facts. The world has an objective reality, but watch a media outlet or spend much time on the internet and you could be forgiven for believing that it didn’t.
It is fine to have opinions about subjective things. For example, are choc chip muffins yummy? Or should the U.S. withdraw from W.H.O.? Or should the U.S. have ‘medicare for all’? That people have varying opinions on this is fine.
What isn’t fine is that we now argue about everything. No one concedes that something might be factually true, even if they don’t like that it’s factually true.

Absolutely true here. Back in the 80’s - 90’s there were subtle eye rolls during at the end of stories. Now it is like running into a brick wall.

The problem, in my opinion, is that for political reasons both sides of this divide have been led to believe that the other side is far more extreme in their views and actions than they really are.
People on the right now believe the bats**t-craziest things about people on the left, and vice versa.
