Our American Media is corrupt

A great many American journalists care about facts and reality. That doesn’t mean that they’re oracles and know everything to tell you everything right away. They’re trying to figure things out as well.

In the present situation, it’s not 100% clear exactly how many different groups are showing up at the protests and which ones are setting things on fire etc. There is evidence of certain groups causing trouble while certain individuals talk about some made-up fantasy group they blame everything on with zero evidence. Many stations are also covering cases where police/national guard attack peaceful protesters unprovoked (or to make way for stupid photo ops). Or shoot at journalists intentionally. They’re also covering police/soldiers who are standing in solidarity with protesters. They’re covering as many sides of it as they can with what information they have.

Alternative facts are not facts.

Autocrats and wannabe autocrats want everyone to hate and distrust journalists that tell the truth about them.

I agree with you however for one thing. The internet. The people on opposing parties will not see the same thing as the other party. Left is seeing protesters, right is seeing mostly videos about rioting and looting. This tailor made videos of whats infront of their screen changes their views and how they think.

(hopes Blizz will take this thread down quickly before it becomes too much)

Shut up and gimme a cookie. :eye:

I came here and just didn’t read the OP.

Hi everyone. It is ok, N’Zoth is over, the corruption will be gone come shadowlands.

actually they didnt. Rioters were let loose for DAYS before most PDs started REacting to the violence.
it got so bad here that we had to call in the national guard.
Sorry but the police didnt initiate the violence outside of three cops watching one cop murder a man.

There wouldn’t be riots if that person in question whom had covid19 and told to isolate and would be alive today, instead of spreading it not doing what they were advised to do. Sad tho.
