Tried searching online but no avail. Wanted to buy the Glphy for Faeline Stomp, went to Oribos on my Monk and most of the NPCs are missing including the Covenant Vendors. This character was created in MoP Remix, if that helps.
Have you done the introduction questline for Shadowlands that you pick up from the Hero’s Board in your factions capital?

If you haven’t either completed or skipped the Shadowlands Introduction questline through the Maw, you will find the city empty. This must be completed per-character, but you should be able to skip it on an.

Broken Shore, Tanaan, and Deepholm are my options on the board in Stormwind.
Sometimes would have to accept quest to refresh the mission board. If I recall correctly too, can pick up the quest to start the Shadowlands intro quest chain from the front of Stormwind Keep.

Thanks all. I was able to pickup the quest in front of SW Keep. Ugh. For anyone else finding this later trying to unlock the Fae Line stomp for monk, looks like you have to grind out the rep. Uggh.

Shadowlands reputation are still character bound, and would subject to be account wide in a future update possibly further into the expansion. But glad was able to help out.

By the flight master there is a vendor that sells a token that instantly takes you to reknown 60.

Completed the Maw intro before so I skipped it this time for the Anniversary. It is a bust because the city of Oribos is still empty even after doing the Shadowlands: A Chilling Summons. Does anyone have any other ideas on how to fix the problem?

Simply put, you wait. If you are affected by the same issue as others, there’s a fix planned with the patch in the next couple weeks.
