Order Status: Submitted

About 15 minutes ago I purchased the new Squeaker mount. When I have purchased something from the shop it is always instant. Currently though, my payment is still sitting on submitted. My payment method doesn’t lack funds at all so I’m curious if there are things going on with the cash shop as well?

Sometimes things take time give it a little.

Well it came back as payment failed for some strange reason. I’m attempting it again. Currently just sitting at the final page where it’s loading and says “Please wait while we take care of some business.”

It looks like your last two orders we unsuccessful :frowning: I don’t have any specific information as to why that might be though. In these cases, we’d suggest some basic troubleshooting and then ask that you reach out to your bank for assistance if it continues to be a problem.

Some things to start:

  • Delete any existing payment profiles on your Blizzard account.
  • Re-create that payment method using the card you intend for the purchase you’re making.
  • Try using a different card or payment method if you continue to have trouble with a specific one.
