Hi all. I bought a character transfer, order has been processing for almost 3 hours. This is a pretty weird/long time. Is there an issue with processing right now?
Check your account payment history. Try to see if it failed on blizzard side, and check your bank to see something happened, like the money was move or not.

Thanks. Checked it still says pending not failed. So that’s a good sign. I also checked my bank and money was taken.

All orders can take up 2 24hrs usualy its instant 3hrs is still pretty young.

Shame! Was hoping to try and play my old shammy before reset. oh well.
Used to be 72hrs still can depending on circumstances.
