You’re welcome! Seeing as we dwarves came from rocks, I’m not quite sure how we gained our magnificent beards. It just grows naturally that way. I know our Earthen brethren like beards as they have em. Would be pretty cool if some of our mages and alchemists could come up with something to help others grow beards like ours. The world could use more beards. 
Blizzard don’t go into lore a whole lot on an individual level. There is a goblin barbershop in Ironforge. So apparently they do.
We can’t take the trope of a Dwarf and just make up lore from Tolkien, i.e. Dwarves hate every other race.
“Dwarves hate some races” therefore they hate goblins? Nah. They clearly get along otherwise it wouldn’t be there.
My point is that people contend with the tropes and their own assumptions based on the embodiment of it in pop culture, rather than a technical piece of evidence to suggest that thing. In this case, we don’t have anything that would suggest that a Dwarf wouldn’t get a beard trim by a Goblin… other than pop culture, the fallacy of “dwarf hate horde = hate goblin”, and the rest of the trope we’re struggling with.
Are Dwarves weary of other races? Perhaps culturally but I don’t see the evidence of that. Do they hate outsiders? Blizzard doesn’t tell us this enough but I think most Dwarves don’t even get cuts to their beards.
Also you may be right in a technical sense. Just because something is in the game doesn’t mean it’s like that in the lore.
For example the entire world as depicted in the game. The entire game world is about 30 square miles… Um. Thats a problem. Elwynn Forest would easily be over a thousand square miles. With multiple towns strung miles apart in it.
Game =/= lore. While the lore is made for the game, the lore is still it’s own entity but is just made up for the sake of fun gameplay. The lore existed before WoW and it will outlive WoW’s existence. Therefore it’s safe to assume that there probably isn’t a goblin barbershop in Ironforge at all unless there is a piece of direct lore saying so. The game’s depiction isn’t evidence of something being necessarily true in the lore.
Honestly, this is one of the best suggestions I’ve read on the forum in a long time.
I had a thought just now ,how would the female orcs think on this matter?
You just need to follow my own patented process:
Step 1: Find a male dwarf with a glorious beard.
Step 2: Swing axe at his face. 
Step 3: ???
Step 4: Black Market Auction House Profit!!!
Wait…that was the Goblin 4th step…um…just glue it to your own face instead:

agree Orcs and trolls need full beards.
BUT Orcs also need
the Blackrock Skin,
the Fel Orc Skin and
the Dragonmaw Skin.
I swear I’m just reading this thread for the articles and not the bearded dwarven lady centerfolds…hic!
