it’s funny watching the swipers continue to seethe and mald that they can’t swipe credit card for purple pixels anymore
My idea?
Make all dungeon/raid loot determinative. 100% drop rate. (except for BoEs)
Because spamming instanced content over and over again for a 1% chance at an item is garbage gameplay. It always has been, and it always will be.
Every time you post i stop reading as soon as you brag about yourself, usually make it to the 3rd sentence kek

how would that impact replayability? groups would be dead in a week.
There’s still a chance that the gear is given to someone else. And there are quests and profession things in them. And hopefully a decent stream of new players and alts.
20 man, challenging SoD raids wouldn’t be so difficult to fill and 40 man classic raids are so easy they could probably be done with half the roster anyway.
Swipers aren’t complaining, they are still swiping.
I guess not wanting to wipe 5 times and lose gear to a grey parser is bragging. I feel bad for your raids bro. I don’t even have to look and I know you’re sub 50%
even outside the RMT issue its problematic
-it incentives poor play from those being carried. BiS is supposed to be earned.
-de-incentivizes the carries from participating in the greater game world. there are plenty of avenues to farm consumables. dungeons, gathering, target farming, etc. actually play the game.
-covers for development flaws on the account of blizzard. clearly there isnt enough content to incentivizing people to play for more than an hour a week. people should want to play the game.
The purpose of an mmo is for people to play the game. GDKP just promotes the already bad practice of raid logging. zero reason to cater to it as it shortens the lifespan of the product/service.
I like how you are so entitled to gear in the game that you think this is an acceptable mindset.
The fact that you think like this means you’re beyond reach. Also, probably a grey parser.

Someone who has never GDKPed before ^
can you elaborate how one makes a living on the AH?
send 5 bots to farm mats, post mats on the AH.
Resell/Flip items on the AH. as ive made 12k doing this in phase 1, Then 19k in phase 2, and 38k in phase 3, and made almost 60k in phase 4, and im a 2 hours a day player, not counting raids.
Market domination, Undercut and push people out of that market, some point if something is hard to sell because your post isnt first, you’ll stop making/farming that item, or if the item isnt worth farming because your not a bot.
But yea, over every variation of wow, AH has always been the number one contributing Factor to RMT by a large margin

i mean lets assess it then. irl i make a solid amount of $, im attractive and have a 3 digit body count all dimes for the most part. in a stable 2+ year relationship (my girls a doctor) and easily a 9.5/10+ and i drive a is500F and have a 4 door lifted wrangler and go to the gym 5/6 days a week and look like i compete in mens physique id say my irl is pretty straight if you ask me lil bruh wby?
edit: im parsin irl
ive done gdkp before. it did exactly what i said it does. the carries raid logged and the people being carried got gear at an accelerated pace by virtue of showing up and quit. the system while convenient is incredibly toxic toward normal play. and again, that’s not even factoring in the RMT element.
This makes me sad. “Oh I’ve had sex with more than 100 people!!” “Oh your a grey parser!!” Your noob!!! Your troll!!!" We have 2 comments that includes actual ideas and 30 that are just baseless claims and insults made to rebut other baseless claims and insults. You are not obligated to comment if you don’t have ideas beyond “unban GDKP” (I’m not going to argue about whether or not unbanning GDKP is a good idea, but I did explicitly ask for solutions that can appeal to a greater portion of the community than simply unbanning GDKP) or thoughts about previously posted ideas. Do not belittle your opposition if your goal is to have a productive discussion/debate ending in a consensus built from the ideas from 2+ intelligent minds.
Not that person, but I gave you your response and instead of engaging with it you decided to make uninformed critiques of GDKP. What is your motivation actually?
I laid out a proposal here, but Blizzard didn’t even bother to ask the actual GDKP community for feedback before removing our freedom. Is anyone surprised we quit? facts ^

the solution would be to turn off addons… then we’ll see who’s who.
More RMT is done through the auction house than GDKPs
the auction house only uses gold.
GDKPs only use gold
this is false. they put ‘gold’ in the title to conceal the shady discord deals with real money.
This is false, people exchange money in discord and then put junk items up for insane prices for the seller to buy in order to transfer the gold.
