I see that on the opening page of the launcher that I have 2 gifts, so I click on the gifts butten, and… nothing there. Either make it show up, or make it stop. Please.
Leave it open for a really long time - that was what worked for me. You can also access your gifts via Account Management here on the Website.

I believe it is under Transaction History > Gift Claims tab
If it really won’t open then it may be something to do with security browser settings.
