I mean, currently (Paid Service Nonfunctional?) even PAID transfers are nonfunctional, with nothing but radio silence - no blue post, no response from devs (@Fwoibles, @Zirene) or Blizzard CS (@Blizzard CS) on twitter. A single instance of a forum moderator throwing my post to the CS forum, where the lovely folks there promptly informed me…the devs don’t look, and the staff have no way to get ahold of them. Just left in the lurch, hanging.
