as title says, the wow token i just bought cant be resold on the ah, or be redeemed for bnet balance like i want. it only offers me game time when i use the item? is there a way to resolve it, as i was wanting to use my gold to buy skins in ow2
If it’s a retail token, then that’s not normal.
If it’s a classic token, then that’s normal.

Is your home address on the account different from your current playing address? If ya set it up in the UK while playing in the US.

You can not resell a token, bought with gold from the auction house, you can only sell tokens on the ah purchased from the store.
Converting to balance might have some restrictions in place, if you can only use it for game time.

Well then, if you’re positive you bought the proper token and there’s no restrictions that apply to you, you might need to wait for a blue to reply or open a ticket.
I just purchased a token 2 minutes ago and I had the options of gametime or battlenet balance.
In this case, I think this is the wrinkle.
- The country your Battle.net account is registered to must match the region your World of Warcraft account is in.
