The conq/honor vendor still has season one gear. Am I missing something?
No you’re not missing something, seeing the same thing. I hope it’s a bug.
I’m not surprised if they missed the PvP stuff during their internal checks after the update.
Maybe make a post in the bug report forum?

why would you be allowed to gear up in season 2 gear if season 2 hasn’t started yet?
a week to get a few wpvp pieces is fine. you wont be able to upgrade them since there isn’t a sparks quest this week.

Did honor points get reset today?
If they’re reset next week, that’s gonna be rough having to grind out a full set of honor gear and then trying to cap conquest.

Honor doesn’t usually reset. Not sure why people keep saying this. Or it hasn’t in a long time unless a new expac comes out. But Conquest didn’t reset either. So nothing reset yet EXCEPT bloody tokens.
Something tells me bloody tokens resetting today and the wpvp gear on the vendor is a mistake.

Conquest doesn’t usually reset until the new season starts, so you can still gear up alts between seasons.

But next season’s honor gear is better than this season’s conquest gear.
neither honor or conquest has been reset yet but trophies of strife have turned into a grey item worth gold.

That’s what I was expecting. Honor gear this week, so you can get conquest gear next week.
I’m a little wary of grinding honor points this week, because there’s a chance it might get reset next week.
It would be super scuffed if they do that without saying anything lol.
I wouldn’t be shocked if it did reset this time around, considering how powerful honor gear is now.
Still, there should have been clarification.

Ya I mean if you are going to do it tell us. Also putting the WPvP gear on the vendor now, if that is intentional, without honor gear being out is an odd move too.

I don’t think they have put any thought into it at all, really.
Here is your new patch, pvpers. Go group farm pvp world quests for the entire week.
PvP weekly is awarding conquest for gear that will be automatically replaced next week. Obviously, the new honor gear should be available this week with no conquest gear available until next week. They just don’t care enough to get it right.

I think this same issue happened last time too.
Everybody and their mother formed bloody token farms because they had nothing better to do. Then after a week they moved on and the currency/gear became pretty much useless.

People were farming those because they screwed up and made the trophies of strife available to buy on the AH (until it got fixed).

10 ilvl is so irrelevant you do not need to farm the gear lol
