Yeah I have had two responses today.
āI understand where you are coming from, but in this instance it was always intented for there only being one obtainable Boost per Battle.net account, no matter how many active/paying WoW Account you might have on that same Battle.net account, more on this matter can be found here:
h ttps://support.blizzard.com/article/000377484ā
And it linked to a support page that doesnāt work. Then they replied with
"Thanks for contacting us at Blizzard Entertainment, this is Game Master Ziphrtim here to help you
I understand that youāre contacting us today in regards to your concern over the missing boost.
We have got a few reports that the post was a little bit confusing. Which is why we wanted to clear it up previously.
The boost provided once and only once per battle.net account, which can only be used on classic progression characters only.
Regarding the link. As there are a large influx of players visiting this same link, it may be down. Iād recommend trying again later within the day."
The first response I got which is the only helpful GM in my mind with the matter was this.
"Thank you for contacting us. I hope youāre having a great day. You have summoned Game Master Chraendan for assistance. Letās take care of your petition.
I understand that after defeating Dreadlord Balnazzar on two of your characters, Littlespoonz and Topsycritz, you were expecting to receive two level 85 character boosts. As a long-time veteran of Azeroth, I absolutely understand how important these rewards are and I appreciate you reaching out for clarification.
So, I did some digging into this and would like to clarify that according to the criteria, players who defeated Dreadlord Balnazzar in the Season of Discovery by June 30 are eligible to receive one Level 85 Character Boost (Progression) per active World of Warcraft Subscription or Game Time account, delivered on July 1, 2025.
This means that even if you have multiple characters who completed the encounter, only one boost will be granted per active subscription or Game Time account. Multiple kills do not result in multiple boosts.
That said, if you maintain two separate active WoW subscriptions, each of those accounts should qualify for one boost, but the key here is that each must be a separate account with its own Game Time. If both characters are on the same subscription, then only one boost is granted.
For more details, Iād recommend checking out the following article from Wowhead, which breaks down the eligibility and reward distribution clearly: ht tps://www.wowhead.com/classic/news/earn-a-level-85-character-boost-in-mists-of-pandaria-classic-by-defeating-377050
I hope I could clarify this for you. Please, feel free to contact us again if you have any other request, doubt or feedback. Weāre always ready to help you. Take care!"
You can see that the first GM knew what they were talking about and it was an actual person from what I can tell and the rest were just chatgpt responses.
