All my other toons the catalyst works as intended…
I have one that just can’t get anything to show. I’ve done a full reset hoping that would fix, but no.
Anyone have a clue what could be stopping the catalyst from working on just one toon?
A character name would be helpful.
Are they level 80?
Do they have appropriate gear that’s able to be catalyzed?

Is it that the catalyst isn’t showing charges or that if season 2 veteran gear or better is dropped in nothing happens or what?
Not working doesn’t give much to go on.

Unfortunately that isn’t a lot to go on still. We would need a characters name to look them up in the armoury to see if anything stands out.
While this isn’t a contact point with Blizzard stafff, any Support Forum Agent that wanted to look would also need a character name to take a deeper look themselves.
If it turns out to be a bug, you would need to post over in the Bug Report forum, with the character name, so Devs know where to check.

In your first post you said it was yours, in another your wife’s. If she is logging onto your account, that is not allowed. Blizzard only allows the account holder (or one minor) to access any license on a Battle.net account. If your wife is signing into yours, you both could lose access if they close the account. Would be highly recommended that she creates her own Battle.net account and uses only that.

charges never show up. must have missed something.

Charges don’t show up until an eligible piece of gear is placed in the catalyst.
Has she tried placing an eligible piece in the catalyst?
According to the Armory that character hasn’t done any M+ nor raiding beyond 4 LFR bosses. Yet she has a four piece tier set.
It looks like she may have already used her charges.

Those pieces drop from the vault after LFR runs.
Don’t know why that would affect the catalyst. Other toons have similar armor, but the catalyst charges show up.
Just three pieces from this season
Can they try putting the bracers - Underparty admissions bracelet - in the catalyst and see if the charges show up?
This is always faster and smoother if the person impacted is the person posted.
From what I can see, Balkar, that character has 4 pieces of Confessor’s Unshakable gear. That is what the catalyst changes the gear into for them. I can’t check all of the gear because the first piece (the chest piece) is outside my log range, but looking at the other pieces that character has appear to have used a charge.
The Confessor’s Unshakable Leggings was transformed from the Pilot’s Oiled Trousers on 3/22.
The Confessor’s Unshakable Halo was transformed from the Cave Topographer’s Cowl on 4/4, as well as the Confessor’s Unshakable Mitts transformed from the Alighted Handwraps of the Harmonious.
As far as I can tell they have not yet earned more charges, which should be every other week.

Well will check on her online toon later today. Armory only showing 3 Confessor’s pieces. I do believe that all 3 pieces dropped out of the vault after the LFR runs from the previous week. At least that’s the information I have.
This would not stop the catalyst from charging, would it?
She was trying to convert the head piece Alighted Cowl of the Quickblade when I heard the S&#( … I’m the designated I.T. guy around here. Why I’m posting for her. 
The character is only wearing three of the pieces. The Halo is in a bag.
The 3 pieces I listed were converted from the items I mentioned based on the logs.
Everyone should have 3 charges at the moment, unless they were used. For this character, the charges appear to have been used. The character needs to earn more, which are awarded every other week.
