With the release of the new forum system today, we wanted to let everybody know that in order to post both new threads and replies, characters will be required to be level 10 or above. While this won’t impact many of you, we feel this will help to further encourage an atmosphere of constructive discussions and sharing experiences as we want to hear everybody’s perspective of the game and its features.

When I got banned I made a trial on my account, added a whole bunch of heirlooms and hit 10 in like 20 minutes, it probably wasn’t even that.

But yeh I guess it does keep out trolls specifically just spamming their LFR requests

If only it also weeded the GD trolls asking for pet battles/LFR/whatever else. At least those can’t use dummy accounts anymore.

Out of curiousity, does anybody else see a black silhouette for like half a second when they refresh pages on this forum? It is kind of creeping me out.

That policy will help but it can only contain so much rage…like when legion came out and people in the lock and warrior forums posted on their mains threads labeled "F#!? BLIZZARD. To make it worse the warrior one had 700 upvotes before it got removed…

I don’t see what difference it makes as pointed out by Nicho, you can level at a very brisk pace. Not like its like leveling to 10 in Vanilla or something.
