Sounds like you’re toast.

Mord… THIS. So much THIS. People act like this is the only way they can have fun in the game as well as the only way to make any gold.
If I went to the golf course, paid my fee, then said I wanted to play the same hole 18 times, the golf course would be within their rights to say no for any reason or no reason.
You pay Blizzard to access their game and play by their rules. They can tell you anything they want and you can choose to pay for it or not. You should look up “independent property” and see what it says. They can and will put whatever limits on the game they want. I want to use Thunderfury but they “limit me.” I want hots to not push off world buffs but they “limit me.” SO much entitlement for something you havent earned.
Its a suggestion that even Blizzard themselves displays in the tips when the game loads.
High level troll we have right here guys
You can thank Ion, the product manager for that.
I pretty much do nothing but dungeons. I’m in no risk of hitting that cap, ever.
The people complaining are the 60 mages who can’t sell as many boosts anymore, and that’s all the whining is about. Everyone else knows that they’re not doing 30 dungeons in a day.
You are aware that 30 instances in a day is a lot right?
Your character doesn’t get deleted when you hit the cap… you just have to wait for it to reset.
If you are seriously concerned you can’t farm 20 hours a day in dungeons… then you are every bit as bad as the bots, and probably run a program yourself.
New proposed rule: insta ban at 31st attempt
What? When I switched from hunter to rogue in vanilla my pally buddy boosted me quite a bit. At the time we called it power leveling and had a channel in our vent for all the people he did it for. That was on the Frostmourne server.
So now you just log out of your alt when you hit cap. People aren’t going to suddenly switch to less effective methods for no reason.
Or just make an opposite faction alt on a different server where you have a complete separate 30 instance limit there.
Why? I’d just log for the day if this impacted me ever, which is extremely unlikely. Or just grind in my Premade all day if I felt like continuing to play. Certainly not going to suddenly start over world farming on alts, no where near worth it.
And then back in BC or nah?
Did you get glaives?
In BC I mained my rogue, but did level and raid on my hunter as well.
No green glow sticks for me though:(
some of us have this thing called work… i work 10 to 12 hrs a day. on my days off i binge play to catch up…arena runs…nope… leveling alts with power runs…nope…gear farming…nope… all now a quick way to a 6 hour cap on what i like doing in the game…
if your doing nothing but instances… you WILL hit this cap in 6 to7 hours.
You can still do all the things you listed, you just cant do it AFTER 6 HOURS OF DOING JUST INSTANCES. If this is a problem then i guess you arent having any fun and should unsubscribe. You act like there is nothing to do other than grind instances and you are wrong. Either way its blizzards game and you are just paying them to play it by their rules.
