Title says it all. No more RNG and good weeks or bad, Blizzard is giving everyone the bare minimum so that everyone gets a trophy. If you do 5x more delves then the average player because you enjoy it, you get zero benefit from it. Three Delves a week is all there is incentive to do on a new system that was sold as part of the TWW expansions promotion.

I mean I did like 20 delves without a map
then stopped doing the content as soon as keys came out because delves give worthless gear if you raid/key
So regularly getting a map for at least one okay piece is probably pretty cool

I’ve gotten a handful in a week before and none for a month.
You’re better off just doing your 8 for the Vault, rather than doing the map grind, which is a long boring slog imo.
Let’s remove maps. Titanforging is a bad idea, and delves are already overrewarding.

OP is talking about in 11.1.
The RNG on the maps in 11.1 with BLP is entirely numbers dependent on whether or not it’s a problem.
If the BLP is tuned aggressively enough that you’re guaranteed to get it from one of your 1st 7 delves, I see no issue here.

You could have a very good week and get 3 while getting squat in the following weeks. One Monk I played with had one from Zekvir invasion and another from EoD chest while the rest of the group didn’t.
I do at least 3 delves per week and haven’t seen a map in 2 months.
Zek’vir even showed up in a T11 and I got no map.
It’s 12 now, not 8.
I’m pretty much just waiting for S2 now but I did 6 delves per week (3 characters) for a couple of months and only saw one map.
If we get a guaranteed map once per week that’s awesome. I say bring it on.

It was bugged a couple of ptr patches ago and has since been fixed, its going to remain at 8 for full vault row
