Randomly DC’d and now I can’t log into the character anymore. Keep getting instant disconnect upon login - WOW51900319 error. Other characters are fine.
This is the only character I have in the Dragon Isles.

Have you tried using the Stuck character service yet? We’ve seen seeing some issues with it, but it might be worth giving that a try.
If it doesn’t work, please submit a stuck ticket so a Game Master can take a look.

It does, but you may need to refresh a few times. The sites been ornery today. You may need to use a different browser, Firefox, Chrome, etc…

No your stuck character link for this does not work. It gives an error, the auto generated ticket says “resolved” even though it isn’t and then I am unable to submit an actual ticket. The ticket system on your website is also in a loop where you are unable to create a ticket. One character is stuck, unable to log in, unable to use the “unstuck” feature and your site will not allow to create a ticket. This has been the case for the last 8 hours today.
I just tried with the same link to submit a ticket. It took a few seconds for the page to populate. Have you tried using a different browser? Or oddly enough, try using an incognito tab or setting. Sometimes one of those things will nudge it properly if you’re having an issue getting the page to come up.

Wow after 18 hours of trying everything to get the Stuck character service to work on multiple browsers and finally the incognito browsers work. So aggravating getting to 70 then cant even play it. Thanks again for the tip.
