With the One Button Rotation added to the game, would I be able to use a weakaura that does the same thing or will that cause my account to be banned?
Weakaura operates inside the sandbox that Blizzard allows. As long as you don’t need any other programs or functions to make it work you would be fine.
If Blizzard doesn’t like how add-ons work, they will break their functionality on their end.

Looks like Blizzard already broke the method people were doing to attempt this.
