Once again he cut outlaw's aorta, this dev just hates outlaw community for real

season1 nerf on fan the hammer and now the Acrobatic Strikes. Dev’s really trying his best to prevent us having fun.

fth was giga unhealthy, it needed to be nerfed. people dont like healthy nerfs.

not really, he could’ve just reduced the damage dealt not broken a healthy rotation. apparently he wanted to kill the popularity of outlaw and force rogues to play other spec.

‘‘it wasn’t healthy’’. It’s a good excuse to try to justify incompetent work. If this is the real reason why there are still so many ‘‘unhealthy’’ talents like KS and Vanish as a burst CD.

I think it’s weird that we essentially went from Frost DKs pillar of frost obliterate loop in DF S1 with FtH before the nerf to a clunkier generator, generator, finisher. Then we got a fast, reactive gameplay with Crackshot in S3. Now in TWW they’re nerfing that back to basically the DK pillar of frost obliterate gameplay again.

I just want to understand what the goal is? I get the corner they back themselves into with design, but gameplay and tuning aren’t interdependent. Crackshot could be undertunes and I personally would still want to play it if it weren’t being neutered.

it wasnt a healthy rotation at all, there was nothing healthy with fth spender fth spender fth spender spam while ignoring shadowdance, vanish, and other key parts of the rotation. if you needed that to be competent at outlaw then thats a skill issue

vanish has been a burst cd since forever, if people still mald about it then lol

lol says a ret pally with a low IO. your opinion is not persuasive.

yikes, you might as well play ret too if you think your opinion on rogue matters

I couldn’t agree more. I really enjoyed Crackshot in S3 and now more than I did in S1, but it relies heavily on the S3 4 sets. The 3 yard range being taken away is another bummer. I have no idea how it’s going to feel in TWW. I’m already upset.

why do people with grey logs always resort to io carding. maybe get gud yourself before commenting on someones “io”. no wonder you want old fth back lol

first i am a M+ focused player not raiding at all, yes, i check IO score only, my appologize i forgot about logs. second i didnt say i want old fth back instead i found current crackshot rotation enjoyable. my point against you is you as ret pally which has a face roll ratation with no M21+ experience came to rogue community saying S1 FTH is unhealthy, that was not persuasive. yes old FTH was easy but the way dev nerf it was unhealthy, which made outlaw rotation feel like bad on S2

Dont feed the trolls

Same issue with Frost DK for a long time bouncing between consistency specs and burst.

Outlaw is in that strange loop as well but I think Outlaw should return to BFA style at least where it is a consistency spec more so IMO.

Grey parsing rogues be like I only play mythic + seriously… as if you suddenly learn how to play upon zoning in.

nah ur just trolling or just dont know how to read logs. logs record M+ score as well. i think i am doing decent. yes, a lot of people used to play raid in wow but do M+ content only for now. it’s not hard to understand. if it’s not for BIS trinket and bullions, i dont even bother to play raid in this patch.

grey parsing in raids is pretty telling of what youre like in m+. The gameplay between both is not mutually exclusive.

i agree, it is not. but being lazy in raid doesn’t mean i do the same in M+. i give 10/10 effort in M+ but 4/10 effort in raid. i checked your IO, it’s pretty good. I respect. But i did 2800+ in S1 and 3100+ in last season as well (misssed S2 and dont play much recently in S4) and pretty much carried almost every game (top dps, top crowd control, top kicks)), it’s far from top but still decent i believe. So i disagree that grey parsing in raid = bad in M+.

No one believes you.

it’s ok. the score it’s there.

raid logs and m+ performance are mutually exclusive, every excuse you give just shows your own personal issues with rogue as a class. to prevent future floundering maybe you shouldnt io car people in the future. m+ logs are also hevily dependent on your tank and other factors, and thus very unreliable to read. every pepega can get a high m+ io score by just showing up.

this is beyond “being lazy” you are actively not doing anything in raids. which is a pretty d***ish move
