And yes clear limitations. However I do not find it unreasonable to expect those limitations to be stated in the tooltip. When it says Outdoors. And i can Mount anywhere that counts as Outdoors, I then expect that means I will not be Dismounted when the following condition occurs I enter Combat.
I want an Accurate Tooltip.
I also want the ability to be ‘buffed’ like many here because as it is, it’s a dead talent even for soloing old content.
Also Mount Speed is set to 60% in BGs. So you still wouldn’t have 100% mount speed there either way.
Yeah it should work in the maw. But again the reason why it probably doesnt is because mounts werent allowed and Blizzard probably doesnt want a talent to bypass that for people.
Blizzard is weird, plenty of things to get on their case about, but this “outside” nonsense that people are doing is just nonsense.
Dungeons or raids? Why pve content? It literally doesnt matter at all whether or not a dk has move speed or mounting in pve. Pvp makes sense but the rest it literally doesnt matter. DK already has deaths advance and AMS to negate almost every mechanic so who cares
because pve mobility also matters, and dk jumping from one of the slowest melee to the best mobility melee in the game if allowed to combat with a 60-100% mount speed mount at all times is ridiculous. so not only will they do huge damage, have decent utility, literally immortal, best damage profile with burst, they also have best mobility with it. gg great balanced spec
Yeah, I was trying to make it work for a bit, but eventually just decided to take Death Charge permanently. It was basically just as easy to fly where I wanted and anywhere I couldn’t fly, I’d have to switch to Death Charge anyway, which became tedious after a while.
It’s good in theory and flavor, but poorly implemented game wise. There is almost no reason to use it outside of the cool factor.
