Hello!
So I’m looking to set up Omnibar for other class major cooldowns. However I don’t really know which ones are the most important for each class outside of Incarnation.
Is there a list somewhere or can someone assist me on this? Thanks in advance.
obviously you want to put every classes’ interrupts on your omnibar. Other than that, you should be looking for offensive CDs or anything the class uses to setup a kill in PvP. As an example, you always want to be tracking the CD of Kidney Shot with your omnibar, since against rmx they almost always setup kills using a kidney shot, so you can know when their next setup will be based off of that. Here’s a list you can use:
DH: interrupt, chaos nova
DK: mind freeze, asphyxiate, pillar of frost, abombination
Druid: solar beam, skull bash, mighty bash
Hunter: countershot, Freezing trap/shot
Mage: counterspell, Ring of Frost, dragon’s breath
Rogue: kick, kidney shot, blind
Paladin: rebuke, Hammer of justice, repentance
Warrior: interrupt, spell reflect, shockwave, stormbolt
Priest: silence, psychic scream, horror
Warlock: interrupt, shadowfury
Shaman: shear, hex, grounding totem, skyfury totem
monk: leg sweep, interrupt, paralysis

Thank you very much. This list is an excellent start.
Would you recommend tracking any major DPS or defensive cooldowns or would that be too much information?
I usually just track CC and try to pay attention with teammates for defensive or offensives.

I’m noob at arena and only now am i trying to get serious about it, looking to set up addons, try to get consistent partners etc.
When setting up my Omnibar i found it useful to read the Wowhead PvP guides for each class…it gives you a summary of their important offensive and defensive CD’s worth tracking.

I’ve got vendetta, incarn, and combust on mine. Most other offensives I feel are
Easy to see like metamorphosis and wings

Have as little as possible. Just interrupts is usually enough. If you need to track more things, do it on a separate bar from the interrupts.

I wouldn’t track Repentance, personally. It’s a 15 second cooldown, so just kind of assume they have it considering it’s usually following their HoJ.
A useful thing to do is have two omnibar profiles, one for all the interrupts and another for cooldowns. It’s useful as a healer especially.
Try not to overload with cds, a big mistake a lot of people make is fill their omnibar with so many cooldowns that they end up staring at their omnibar and miss crucial information during the match.
Aim to “recognize” cooldowns with your eyes and use the omnibar as a tool for interrupts/gauging their next offensive setup in 10 seconds, etc.
