I had received a reply to this from a blue, 10 days ago, but the old tickets still remain and I can’t submit a new ticket. Can someone please help me get rid of the old tickets?
is there anyway you can mark them as resolved? You might have to do a survey afterwards.

For some reason, certain types of information requests just kind of get stuck?
It may take a few days, but please keep an eye on this post. I know our SFAs can usually help get this addressed, but they’re not on the clock 24/7.
You don’t need to post anywhere but here in your own thread, but just linking some other posts with your request to reference.

Those should have been cleared out about 4 days ago looking at what I sent up. I’ll have someone double-check.
Note: As it is the weekend, I may not hear back until Monday/Tuesday, but I’ll follow up with them and update this thread as soon as I hear something.
