Its also just untrue… In vanilla once you reached certin gear points, you could solo dungeons from Vanilla, raid soloing wasn’t really a thing until the tailend of BC, but even at the start of it we saw some people pulling off 2 mans of vanilla raids.
By Wrath while you were not gonna solo stuff in dungeon blues, it was fully doable if you were raid or badge geared out…
And it only got faster from there, once MoP hit and we got the demoralized buff, soloing while wearing dungeon gear was fully possible.

you dont try because no one WANTS to run old raids “AT LEVEL” (inserting that so you cant play uneducated again).
which means…and stick with me on this one…the ONLY way to run the old raids in any meaningful way is to SOLO them.

you wont find a group in queue for ToT…and if you ask around you arent going to find enough people at any given point in time to run it AT LEVEL who even have characters in that content LMAO.

What a weird thing for an “rpg”.
Every 2 years, they basically just release new zones that you start your character over from scratch in. Professions, power, etc…it is kind of weird.

What’s the point of doing ToT with a group if it’s already soloable? Weak argument there, big guy. If it weren’t, you’d have no problem getting people, simply for the mount/pet that drops.

I completely agree that there is an inherent issue with scaling, and leveling up making us weaker than it needs to be. It legitimately makes 0 sense at all at this point and could be the one and only thing that might get me to leave the game in a couple of expansions which would be amazing if they succeed at upsetting me that badly.
I actively plan out what content I will do in a later expansion when I’ve out leveled and out geared it because some things are just impossible to get done with groups and having to rely on either strangers or friends that really just suck at the game in general. Yea, please fix this nonsense its absurd at this point and the only thing thats going to permanently upset me down the line. Scaling sucks, it needs to go. Period.

It really is pathetic, I’ve seen lesser companies do more than Blizz when it comes to tuning their game.

Sadly some of those mounts are just always going to be rare
Signed someone who has been soloing Kael since ICC for that bloody mount (Seriously, only seen it drop 2 times… once when it was current and was in raid, the other when a friend tagged along, and took it…)
100% agree, while i dont mind us hitting that transition wall as we level where stats go down for us, once they start going back up, that should be the end of it…

Maybe then someone will fix that quest in Ashenvale that spawns an invisible mob that follows you around until it kills you.
Oh and that bug has been in the game for almost 4 years now and counting.

Because you bring up the argument that nobody is doing ToT as a group… because it’s already soloable.
Last week I ran Tomb of Sargeras with 7 people. Despite it being a legacy raid, people still did it. Weirds how that works huh.
I had a mount I wanted from the first few months i started playing and saw someone riding it.
I finally got it to drop one day after months of farming it.

I was playing with the wife and her brother and his wife who live in another state were playing and we were talking on the voice chat.
My wife runs the raid the mount drops in for the first time.
yeah…she got the mount. the first time she ran it.
Trying to smile and be happy for someone while youre gritting your teeth makes it seem really forced

I rarely complain about this game on the forums, because overall, for my game play, I am content. In this case though, I was really looking forward to hitting some of those Legion raids that were difficult and thought 60 should be perfect for it, nope!
I didn’t expect BFA stuff to be cake, but sure as heck expected Legion to be. Disappointed.
