The free WOTLK private server that I play on has incredible customer service. GMs answer tickets, and actually help players.
The “devs” take and respond to feedback on the forums. Blizzard could learn a thing or two.

YOU CAN ONLY RUN WITH WITH A ‘BUDDY OR TWO’ BECAUSE ITS SOLOABLE in the first place…otherwise a ‘couple buddies’ isnt going to cut it…you’d need an entire raid group…all at level and all geared to the content.
Not to mention the fact that, as Ive stated, you aint finding groups to run old raids with (at level)
Ive been playing this game for 3.5 years now and Ive tried MULTIPLE times to find enough player with characters even in the content (this was before the squish) and geared for ToT and there just aint enough of them, let alone interested enough to spend a couple hours running ToT (at level).
If they want to run that content, its for pets, mogs, etc…NOT for the challenge and given that we are way past the content, it certainly isnt to advance their character. They can just skip the raids and level thru questing and be out of Mists content in an hour or two tops.
If i want to run a character thru Mists and get a feel for it all I pretty much HAVE to go back and solo those raids when I can do it.
NO ONE is going to queue up for them with me and I aint going to find an entire raid group of players willing to waste their time running it .
I asked about this in here when the leveling changes were announced…if anyone would be running ToT (at level) because Id like to run it as it was intended at least once.

If the guy was serious about anything he talked about, he would post on a real toon so people could take him serious, outside of that, he’s wrong about multiple things, ignore him and move on. We should easily be able to solo legion and blizz needs to fix it, end of story.
