Hello everyone. Nice to be back but I have a problem. I have lost my characters and forgot what realm I played on in 2015 to 2017. My email for what I thought was the correct account was forcibly changed so I updated here on battlenet. I had all the previous expansions but do not see where I could look to see if I missed any. I played until 2017 then left until now.
I made a new toon but noticed he has none of the mounts I collected or pets, is it possible to get those back? some were from quests and some I bought.
To get your collections back, you’ll need to get reconnected to your old account. It sounds like you might need to put in a ticket to get GM help sorting that out.

Oh, and it doesn’t matter if you had all previous expansions nowadays. You can play everything but the latest expansion just by adding game time. Then if you want to play The War Within, you do have to buy that expansion. But get yourself back on your old account first, so you’re not putting money on the wrong account.

Do you remember any character details? Names/realms/race?
This was likely under another email but we’d need more info to try to find it.
We could attempt that here, but some information should not be in public if it comes to that and would need to be in a ticket.

well, my old email was but spectrum changed it a few months ago so I updated here. I do have my old cd’s and key from them but when I punched in the key in the redeem box, it said this key was already in use. I had a orc hunter, an undead mage or wizard and a orc death knight to name a few. not worried about the email being public, it no longer is valid for spectrum.
I wouldn’t recommend posting your email on the forums. If you can remember the name of one of the characters, and the realm it was on, Orlyia can follow it up.
That is the Battlenet you are on, and not the one with the license you are looking for.
Character names might be the most helpful, but if you have to do things like serial numbers - that needs to be done through tickets. Not something you want in public.

I do remember one called mem, on the old butcher block realm before it was merged, another was memnochcca
Think I found it, under a Roadrunner email. Does that help at all?

Yes, but you’d need to do it through a ticket. Supply that name, they should be able to find it.
You’ll also want to include an email currently NOT in use for a Battlenet.

Awesome…one more question. If I provide my cd key, can they find all my characters across whatever realms I played on?
Your higher levels were on Azuremyst and Nesingwary.

Just a fyi u wont be able to tranfer them to the new bnet account.
You might also notice that some of your old toons lost their names, so if you had Memnocha it might be something like Memnocha2736. They released a lot of the old names, and there was a period when some awesome old names could be claimed by someone else. A good friend of mine stopped playing for a while, and I noticed the name of her toon had changed in our guild roster. I made a toon with her old name to secure the name until she came back.
Actually, his name was still attached to him. Did have a couple low level ones I had to change though.
