Because these were earned under the pretense that that would be otherwise unobtainable. To go back on that would not only cheapen them, but also cheapen the current gear that is only obtainable now, since people would no longer trust that they wouldnt just become obtainable again later. Does that make sense?

this suggestion is always such major cringe. ur gonna wear the mog for a week and then beg for the next unobtainable thing. ur gonna ride the mount until someone clowns you for riding the welfare version of a 20 year old reward⌠then beg for the next unobtainable chase.
iâd kill to have a legion mount⌠if it meant i earned it in legion⌠idk why people want someone elses old trophy.
itâs like in card games when someone buys a major top 8 playmat on ebay and brings it to locals. we know u didnât earn that⌠but cool i guess?

Basically this, if I were to give the thread any validity. I farmed for a Swift Zulian Tiger for a long time, then they removed it before one ever dropped for me. Now I just think itâs cool when I see one in game, or someone wearing an old R1 title, riding a really old glad mount, wearing a Scarab Lord title, etc.
Seeing that stuff once in a while and thinking itâs cool is worth more to me than Blizzard gifting everyone Swift Zulian Tigers.

i got a zulian tiger back in the day and it was my prized in-game possession. my best friend irl, who does not care about mounts, got it in a random 25k gold bmah box while he was at my house a few years back. ruined the tiger for me

I dont really care for old elite sets or glad mounts to come back, but I wouldnt be upset if they did, though I do want some things to remain seasonal rewards so ideally they do not bring these things back.
I would like them to actually make the rewards we get not terrible. Glad mount is pretty awful, and the enchants have been terrible. I have no idea why they cant make anything on par with glorious tyranny or primal victory. I mean even recolors of those would generate more hype than whatever they are putting out, and I think recoloring enchants is completely fine and doesnât remove prestige so Iâd like to see them return with recolors. Shadowflame recolor, primal storm recolor, primal victory, glorious tyranny, etc.

Now this is why we shouldnt really consider your opinion in the matter. Its only worth something for you if noone has the thing. Cool my favourite mount is the obsidian world breaker, anyone could have bought it and it was free a few years ago I always see 4-5 of them in dornogal but that doesent ruin the thing for me.
You can buy it for 10 mill gold and its not even that hard comapred to getting gladiator if you have a few alts on different realms or you can pay a third party service either way it is obtainable. People worked hard for CE mounts and got the mog in their respected season now you go back and 1shot the boss if you are lucky you got the thing, no skill involved
Noone said it should be free it should come with rating if you are above a certain rating and you win 50 games you can choose a mog of different rating for mounts. Noone said anything about gifting please READ.

Limited rewards encourage participation.
PvP cosmetics are like service medals. Tabards, titles, enchants, tier sets, etc. Wearing an elite cata set when you started playing in Legion ruins whatâs special about them.

Its exactly because of that virtual prestige that people ask daily for these prestige items to return.
People need to understand, you are not entitled to have absolutely everything in the game.
It is because of that scarcity that they push for the rewards to return.

They clearly doesent. There is no such thing as ingame prestige, do you think Anuârelosh prestige now? Anyone could have bought a carry or you can run mythic fyrakk with 10 alts weekly. Please stop with this, you shouldnt have everything people wouldnt have everything even if they made this change, artofficial fomo is not a good thing it doesent make people do pvp.
There is no such thing is virtual prestige, you could have bought a boost too for those sets and mounts. If you are good enough to get the current glad mount you should be able to get the older ones If you like the look of them. There nothing special about them, I know a lot of people who have them and dont even use any of them cause they dont care.
Idk how much would this suggestion help PvP numbers but I do think a decent amount for, I strongly think people would stick to PvP.

You should have played back than, even tho you were 10 years of age, dude stop. You dont have a decent argument why they should keep them removed. They added t3 sets back to the game and I dont see people wear them everyday. And if they wear them Its because it looks cool.

Than people shouldnt have CE mounts since they didnt prog that tier didnt put the time and the effort in. If you think timegated stuff are encourageing anything and PvP is the least played by the players, I think it tells a lot.
