The only interaction the Alliance has with them is scaring them away from their wagons and burning the wagons. Not sure that would make a good Allied Race scenario. We have literally no quests with them.

Honestly though, when you’ve got Dark Irons, Draenei, and Lightforged Draenei, rolling a human paladin is opting for an ungodly flavor of bland instead.
I have Vixey on Moon Guard. Snagged it during the last name release. I’m stoked.
Not my type. I would consider a human male dk, the human male paladins seem to prefer each other’s company.
