Ogres for the Horde, Furbolgs for the Alliance

I’d prefer they expand character customization, like adding body types and stuff instead of adding ugly races that will be played by 12 people. Imo.

The problem with Ogres has always been "we don’t know how to make a good female ogre model’ or at least that what it was circa Catacylsm.

Nowadays they are more open to things like fem Kul’tirans, so I think they can go for it.

The female withered face applied to draenei models would work well for this.

great idea! i especially like the idea that furbolgs can be druids! alliance are one race short of horde with the druid race count.

i also like the idea of ogres in the horde…that to me is a no brainer…2 headed ones should be allowed if you ask me

Also , there’s furbolg druids in hearthstone so is a no -brainer.

I think Jinyu (from MOP) would make a better allied race for alliance. They have reason to for 1 thing. They have a ton of models already. Customization wise they could have a lot of fun with this race. Their skeletons allow for armor to be added easy. and we all know how blizz loves them some easy.

Nobody wants to actually play fish people, they have no facial expressions. The Jinyu are a MoP only thing. Furbolgs are a timeless warcraft hing.

Who wants a second stupid bear race? We already have pandarian. Furbolg are something to be massacred in ashenvale, why would they ever join the alliance?

I say this often, but it’s bizarre to me that the Horde got a form of Night Elves before it got Ogres. I’d love to see it happen, or - as another poster said - Mok’nathal could work, too.

I’d be even more hyped for Furbolgs, but I don’t think there’s quite as much plausibility there as Ogres have. But to reemphasize, I’d love nothing more.

Use the Kul Tiran rig for Ogres/Mok’nathal (as they did with Rexxar) and use the Pandaren rig for Furbolgs. I’m sold.

The ones that did not go insane has a strong connection/kinship with night elves, and there is also a village of them that became buds with dreanei.

Fun fact, back in 2003, Metzen drew the Alliance races.

Pandaren and Furbolgs were there.

Tyrande would’ve made sure Void elves didn’t join either. Remember that Both Thalyssra and Lor’themar hate naga too.

Naga were transformed by the void however, so if anything Umbric and the velves could’ve kinship with them.

Kael won’t return, and the only naga allied with him were the Illidari, which are in both factions.
