I keep guild chat in its own tab and don’t read it much.
Otherwise I don’t join guilds.

Guilds are bad luck.

Most mega guilds are bad news because they just invite everyone and anyone. Find a smaller guild that does intentional invites rather than mass inviting and you’ll probably have better luck (read “probably” not guaranteed").
I haven’t found any guilds like that. I asked for a guild in trade chat and the mega guild was the only one that talked to me and said that they enforce the rules. The other guilds I’ve joined were the ones that were a free for all.
My guild was fine. I just ignored some ppl, but then recently I had to ignore so many ppl that I just got the ick. Like the mods just gave up kinda?
I had a bad experience with wrath classic guilds too, like guild hopping. I just don’t want to have to keep my chat turned off all the time. If I wanted to play a solo game, I would play retail or a single player game.

Lost a level 54 today…
Questing while on the phone, via skype with my mother, which lives almost 10 000km away, suddenly my 2yo daughter enters the room and i automatically pass her the headphones: “It’s the grandmother, talk with her!”
So beautiful scene, that i had to record with my phone…
“Say goodbye to the grandmother sweet, bye bye…!”
When i turned my head to the main screen, i couldn’t believe, i immediately felt that i lost a piece of myself, i completely forgot the game for like 5m…
I was leveling purposely slowly and with extra care, during the past couple of days, just to enjoy the moment, the 50 to 60 journey.
Would pass the headset to my baby again and will probably try again, because just a few hours later, i’m already itching to play classic again.
This game is a masterpiece, but i’m feeling like trash rn

I figured it’d only be a matter of time. I assume that’s why there’s a rumored Classic-themed announcement at Blizzcon. Although, it could just be Cata
They were supposed to die when RDF and ICC were released.
I guess next they’ll die when Blizz drops the news about Classic+, aka Classic Cataclysm.
No deaths yet, made it to 60 on the druid… but I am sure he’s going to splat soon. The plaguelands have all kinds of fun ways to off you.
I need to reroll a hunter, since I lived up to the stereotype.
Should I go dwarf again? Or a different race. Considering Tauren this time.
Yeah, it’s definitely quiet in the starter zones now. I started a couple classes I didn’t have yet the last two evenings and saw a handful of other players. I’d guess the Licht King and the RDF have player’s attention at the moment. I’d expect it to become even quieter, as this is the way of gaming fads. Personally, I’m enjoying this change.
No deaths yet! Trying to be slow and careful, and only run dungeons with friends.
Dwarf and orc are the acceptable choices.
How fun is druid in Classic? I thought about leveling one since a friend said they’re pretty easy after 20. I sort of just want to get something to 60 so I can farm gold and funnel it into a warrior
I have 3 deaths of note to speak of.
Level 20 hunter. Died in northern barrens venture co. mines. Pulled 3 guys thought I could flee but the respawns got me.
Level 22 druid. Died in southern barrens to some dwarves. Again pulled to much, tried to flee and respawns got me.
level 32 warlock. Died to southshore guards by getting slightly too close to southshore (they didn’t like that)
In my personal opinion priest is the best class for just getting something to 60. It’s not entirely thrilling but it has close to 100% uptime after getting a wand and spirit tap and will rarely go low hp unless you overpull.

Druid is currently level 18. Pretty smooth sailing so far after getting bear form and whipping up a couple of macros for shapeshifting. Can’t wait for 20 so I can get cat form 
Got my 21 Druid killed a couple days ago. My Doc started me on a new med for spasticity and I probably shouldn’t have been playing. 
I died because after doing the polly quest perfectly another rogue ran in and summoned polly as I was leaving. Polly spawned on me. They just watched as it killed me refusing to use their ecac. Later they got away.
