I have been bothering the support for a week straight, I have been sending bug reports, I have taken every single bit of advice from the support tickets. NOTHING. I really want this title before its impossible to get after remix has ended.
Yes I have the achievment to unlock it, I just have not unlocked it for some reason. IS there anything that can be done? Advice? Anything?
If you have already submitted a bug report, then that is all that can be done. Only option is to wait patiently until it is fixed. If you already have the achievement, then the title should be rewarded automatically once the bug is resolved.

It’s not just you, looking at Wowhead comments (and admittedly there aren’t many) shows others not receiving the Title as well.
Edit: removed wrong info. I was looking at the “complete ONE Remix raid on Heroic” instead of “complete ALL remix raids on heroic”.

FWIW, I have the title, but I think after completing Mythic raids, not Heroic. So the criteria could be bugged (or the tooltip, if the devs actually meant Mythic).

Yes same here, had the title without ever doing heroic
I didn’t see a post on the bug report forum for this, you might want to submit it there, as its not something that you would be able to get assistance with to the CS report forum. Obviously I could have missed it, good luck.
