I think if the majority of a lobby is one region it should default to that region. If it’s even it should 50/50 chance it.
Brazilian server is located in the US, it´s just labeled “brazil” so they can all play together there.

Point I was making is if I, someone who has never taken PvP serious, hates traditional 3v3 and never tried for glad, can get top 100 in shuffle for my spec with 130-180ms, he can get it with the RARE occasion his shuffle gets ported to Sydney server and he has higher ping.
Aussie players might get 1 game out of 10 with 10-20ms ping, whereas Americans get 9 out of 10 with 10-20ms ping, yet they’re still the ones complaining.
I’m (and I’m sure most other OCE players) fine with them making it if there’s an NA player make it NA ping by default. When I did 2s or M+ I would always pass lead to the American player so that it hopefully goes on their ping anyway.
An easy fix is to just disconnect all EST/MST servers from OCE. Maybe west coast has tolerable lag since they’re thousands of miles closer to OCE, but us in EST especially are probably twice as close to EU than we are to OCE, so it literally makes no sense that we’re connected to OCE and not EU.

That would be a good fix. 100-200 ms is perfectly playable and barely different to under 100ms. Over 200ms it becomes a problem.
Gtfo. Us OCE players have dealt with latency issues for years on most games, suck it up, the vast majority of our arena games are on your servers with 1k-2k ms against you entitled plebs.

easy fix let oceanic players queue with oceanic players only. if they enjoy playing with 2k MS let them enjoy it together and leave us out of it. 
Pretty sure this got patched ages ago as i haven’t had an oce lobby in some time. Necro’ing some 2 month old forum here.
Love seeing the replies about US ping to oceanic though, seems every time someone talks about the ping they got it went up 50-100ms from the last time they said it. (300, 400, 500ms?

West coast US california to oceanic (Sydney) is 150ms. East coast USA to sydney will be 70-80ms more, so 230ms tops. West coast Aus to California is also 210-250ms (mine is consistent 230 at best connection). Anything higher and sorry but its your ISP’s routing, not the server location.
It was fun for a while to take oceanic lobbies in shuffle, literally feels like playing with a permanent bloodlust. But us aussie battlers gotta push through the ping once again and reroll off melee 
Nobody said we loved it, but we dont sit on the forums screeching about the annoying US players and their servers. The chance of you guys getting into an OCE lobby compared to us getting into a US lobby is tiny. Not only the latency issue with being in a US lobby, every single time ive dealt with some toxic parasite of a player throwing/afking/leaving in arena, its been an american, go figure.
Oceanic is like Lagos, its full of scammers and ratings sellers.
