This can’t be intended! It feels terrible to play. Blizzard please change this back to Oceanic region only, it’s not enjoyable and I will not play TBC if this remains the same. I’m sure I speak for everyone when I say that we would rather have long queues than 200 ping.

queue times are marginally better. Except we now have to queue 3 times as much as i’m getting stuck with gormless americans.
You’re assuming that a heap of americans play at our peak times, hint: they don’t.
Except we’re competing with people with no lag.
For the love of god, please communicate these sort of changes with us BEFORE you jsut institute them. I don’t pvp much, you’ve put me off pvping at all now. Thanks.

Oce has some really outstanding players and a solid pool of players.
Legit the only problem is the majority of the PvP community chose horde making the Q’s terrible.
That’s not a “not enough people problem” instead it’s a faction balance issue that could be fixed with a one time limited time no reservations Horde to Alliance transfer that could fix the issues.
Regardless of the faction issue, arena would not be impacted because arena ignores faction.
TLDR blizzard made a terrible choice here.

I’m happier with the change than without but it could use some finesses with the choice making.
10-69 bgs i’m happy with whatever, games are games at this point, can’t choose quality when there is no quantity.
70 bgs i’m happy with the change but we should really only be grouped with US-West. Routing to US-Central has always been a mess.
Arena, I can sympathise with, at least 2v2 and 3v3. You could leave it OCE only for S1 and see how it plays out.
If they revert it back, i’d rather it just be for arena. I’m stick of being unable to level and pvp at the same time.

I have unsubscribed on my two accounts due to this update using the following reason:
"Due to your latest release ‘Ocean and American servers are intended to share a Battle Group in Burning Crusade Classic’. I do not wish to compete in Arena with 300ms. We have Oceanic servers for a reason. Arena is the only reason I was playing TBC . The game no longer interests me due to this change. I will resubscribe if it gets reverted. "
I suggest you all follow to send a clear message this is not what Oceanic players want. It would have been nice if they did a vote. No one in their right mind would want this change. Why would you want to compete on a 300ms in Arena.

You guys realise it’s like retail where it prioritizes oce arena queues before the US ones right…
200 ms is not an acceptable solution to this problem.

i’ve already had skirmishes where all 4 players are OCE yet still hosted on NA, and a warsong gulch game where 17/20 were OCE and still NA servers. so there is no priority system in place, and if there is its definitely not working.
