I just waited in a 3 hour queue and now stuck at a black character screen. I never managed to log into my character so I’m guessing if I restart the game I’m getting put back in queue…

dont log out just wait at the character screen even while its black, it will load up by itself

Currently stuck at the black character screen as well. You can re-select arugal to see if your still in queue or past it.

Looks like it’s coming back again.
lucky bliz are only a small company, this is their first project in the MMO landscape. give them a break!! They can clearly learn from something like this happening. This is something that has never ever happened to any game ever.
